Saturn of Bellevue has been working exclusively with Eastside Auto Rebuild for over four years. We have been very pleased
with the consistent quality of their work. They have been able to please even the most discriminating customers we have. In
the entire time Eastside Auto Rebuild has been working with our dealership, we have had only one complaint, which the
shop did make good. There has never been any kind of paint failure.
Eastside Auto Rebuild has done an excellent job of consistently meeting their delivery times for us. We normally allow 3 days
for paint repairs. I cannot remember any occasion that they have disappointed us. We are very happy with this consistency.
We are also very pleased with the customer feedback we receive. We have received several phone calls and letters thanking
us for the referral to such a quality repair shop.
They have always been very professional to deal with. Prior to my current position as the fixed operations manager, I was the
general parts manager for all three of our facilities. I regularly dealt with numerous wholesale customers. Eastside Auto Rebuild
always was a pleasure to deal with and always made an effort to ensure the correct parts were ordered.
I have only dealt with one other body shop, but there is no comparison. Time, quality and the professional manner in which
Eastside Auto Rebuild has dealt with our company has left little doubt in my mind that we are dealing with the correct body shop.
