Please allow me to introduce my shop to you. We would like to take care of you and your car!!

Eastside Auto Rebuild has been in business for over 30 years under the current ownership. In June of 2004 we joined the CARSTAR group, in order to provide our customers with some additional benefits we could not offer as a stand alone operation.  I purchased the shop in 1978, when I was nineteen years old, and have been operating it ever since. Since running a collision repair facility is all I know, I plan on doing it for some time to come. We still have one of our original repair technicians (there were only two) which should indicate we are a stable business. We have since grown to employ ten full time people.

Our shop features 11,600 square feet of space. We have 2 Car-O-Liner bench systems for frame and unibody repair. We purchased the first Car-O-Liner on the Eastside in 1981. We have 2 in ground hoists that we use in conjunction with the Car-O-Liners in order to achieve full access to the structure of the vehicle for welding and pulling. Our structural repairs and welding is all done to I-Car standards, using MIG and pressure resistance spot welders.

We also feature a Garmat Downdraft paint booth and oven. Used with our Glasurit paint system we achieve quality results with durability which actually rivals that of most factory finishes. Additionally, we feature a computerized in house 4-wheel alignment system. This allows us the quality control of one of the most important aspects of the repair process. It also affords the opportunity of flexibility in scheduling. At Eastside Auto Rebuild we fully realize your car is a major investment. We understand you want to protect this investment. We also understand the importance of your vehicle to you. We realize the urgency of repairing your car quickly. We want you to have an invisible repair and will make every effort to do it in a timely manner.

One of the benefits CARSTAR provides to us is a measurement of our customer satisfaction index  (CSI) rating. I am very proud to share our average CSI is over 97%, which means 97 out of 100 customers would use us again if the need arises or recommend us to a friend. 

We are willing to work with you to make sure our company meets your needs. Please let us know if you have any special needs. We will try to accommodate them. If we cannot, we will at least try to steer you in the proper direction and assist you in meeting your objective.

The work we perform is backed by lifetime paint and workmanship warranties. The paint warranty is backed by BASF, the manufacturer of Glasurit, which is the paint system we use. We also have a lifetime local warranty and  a five year national warranty through CARSTAR.
