Car-O-Liner
We Feature Several Car-O-Liner Bench
Systems. The Car-O-Liner Bench System is a unibody and frame repair system. It
Anchors your vehicle to a bench platform and includes a measuring system, which
is accurate to within several millimeters. Car-O-Liner provides us with up to
date frame and unibody measurements or "blue prints" for almost any
production vehicle. The repair system includes several hydraulic pulling
arms or towers which we use to reposition the unibody back to the correct dimensions.
We use the Car-O-Liners in conjunction with our in ground hoist so we can lift
the vehicle while pulling on it, to make access to the underside of the vehicle
much more accessible. We have a variety of clamps used to anchor the vehicle to
the pulling devices, helping us achieve our pulls without creating damage due

Garmat Downdraft Paint Booth
Garmat
Paint Booths are know through out the world for the quality of not only their
product (the booth) but the quality of the finish produced in their paint booth.
The Garmat booth has a balanced air flow which will move large amounts of air,
without creating turbulence, within the spray booth. It is important to remove over-spray
and solvent from the spray booth for not only the painters health, but also to
ensure a smooth glossy finish. After the paint has been applied it should be
baked. The Garmat we use is capable of baking the finish at temperatures of over
180 degrees.
This booth balances air flow by the use of two fans, an
intake and an exhaust. The intake air is drawn through a pre-filter and forced
through the ceiling filters in the booth. The over spray is then removed through
filters in the floor before the exhaust is discharged. This is why it is called
a downdraft, the air comes from the ceiling and is exhausted through the floor.
This is important because the length of the Airflow is minimized, therefore
reducing the likelihood of contamination by dirt or other foreign matter.
Glasurit
Paint System
It is foolish to use cheap paint. Glasurit is
considered to be the top of the line paint in the industry. There are plenty of
cheaper alternatives which produce a commercially acceptable finish, but why
settle for alright when you can get excellent. Glasurit is backed by a lifetime warranty.
We
mix our paint in house to the formula developed to match vehicle manufacturer's
color code. Glasurit offers alternate formulas, which we often use, in order to match factory color
deviations. This picture show the "color chips" which match the
factory alternates. All of these chips are sprayed, instead of dyed, to allow
for an accurate color sample. Each of the samples shown are the top card in a
deck of about 50 samples. By mixing our paint in house we are able to tint the color, if
necessary, in order to match any unique variant color on your vehicle.
